Nestled in a beautiful private complex in Casares Costa, our modern two-floor apartment offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Surrounded by tropical gardens with over 300 palm trees, and equipped with communal pools and a children’s playground, it’s an ideal retreat for families and friends. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and the stunning charm of the Costa del Sol.
A Spacious, peaceful apartment
The apartment sleeps 6, has air conditioning throughout and has 2 double bedrooms (both with ensuite) and a third twin bedroom with its own separate bathroom and shower. We have three private balconies, one outside the main living room and two outside the main second floor bedroom – one at the front and one at the rear.
The apartment is fully furnished, with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave and all the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay. It also includes a TV and fast Wi-Fi.

As you enter this 1st floor apartment you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with granite work surfaces, electric hob and oven, combi microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
On the same level you will find the lounge and dining room which opens onto a private terrace. Also on this level is a stylish double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and shower and a twin bedroom, again with its own modern bathroom and shower.
Up a flight of stairs is the light and spacious master bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and its own ensuite bathroom with shower and double basin. This room benefits from its own private terraces (front and back), ideal for relaxing and slipping away for a quiet sunbathe.
